Reducing Your Toxin Load: Easy Steps to a Healthier You!

If you're a health-conscious woman (or anyone really) who wants to make the switch to chemical-free products but don't know where to start, I've got you covered!

Here's a simple "system" that I created last year to help me when making the switch to reduce my toxin load and improve my overall health.

Step 1: Start with your hair. Swap out your current shampoo and conditioner for natural, chemical-free options. This will help reduce the amount of toxins you are exposing your scalp and hair to, leading to healthier hair and a healthier body overall.

Step 2: Move on to your face. Switch to natural, non-toxic skincare products. Your skin will thank you for the switch, and you'll notice a difference in the way your skin looks and feels.

Step 3: Move down to your body. Look for natural, chemical-free body washes, scrubs, lotions and deodorant. This can help you reduce the amount of toxins you are exposing your skin to, and you'll see an improvement in your skin's texture and overall health.

Step 4: Don't forget about your feet! Swap out your current nail polish and nail polish remover for non-toxic options. Traditional nail polish and remover can contain harmful chemicals that can be absorbed through your nails and into your body. By making the switch, you'll reduce your overall toxin load and your nails will be healthier too.

By following these simple steps, you'll be able to reduce your toxin load and improve your overall health without feeling overwhelmed. Start with one step and work your way down the list – your body will thank you!
